Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IFS PSO (Planning, Scheduling, and Optimization) Consultant to join a client’s project on a 6-month contract. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience implementing and optimizing IFS PSO solutions (previously known as 360 Scheduling before IFS acquisition). The successful candidate will work closely with the client’s team to ensure the efficient deployment and ongoing optimization of IFS PSO to drive planning, scheduling, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and configuration of IFS PSO (Planning, Scheduling, and Optimization) modules, ensuring processes are aligned with client business objectives.
- Collaborate with client teams to define and prioritize project scope, requirements, and timelines, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Provide expert-level advice and support throughout the project lifecycle, including system design, configuration, testing, and post-implementation support.
- Identify and resolve any challenges or issues in the planning, scheduling, or optimization processes during implementation and beyond.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to client teams to ensure smooth adoption of the IFS PSO modules and maximize operational efficiency.
- Assist with system optimization and troubleshooting, ensuring continued performance improvements in the planning and scheduling processes.
- Proven experience as an IFS PSO Consultant, with a strong background in implementing IFS PSO modules (Planning, Scheduling, and Optimization).
- Prior experience with 360 Scheduling (pre-IFS acquisition) is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of planning, scheduling, and optimization best practices within an ERP environment.
- Experience in managing or supporting IFS PSO implementation projects, with a focus on delivering results within set timelines.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving challenges in planning and scheduling.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications in IFS or related fields are a plus.
