IFS Developer (Polish Speaking) Location: Remote (Europe-based) Contract Type: Contract Languages: English & Polish (fluent)   About the Role We are looking for an experienced IFS Developer to support the ongoing development, customisation, and optimisation of IFS Cloud / IFS Applications. The successful candidate will play a key role in building technical solutions that enhance business processes, improve performance, and ensure the system continues to meet evolving operational needs.   Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customise, and maintain functionality within IFS Applications / IFS Cloud.
• Design and implement custom fields, reports, integrations, and interfaces to meet business requirements.
• Work closely with functional consultants and business users to translate functional requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Optimise performance of existing code and participate in system upgrades or migrations.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, ensuring all development follows best practices and governance standards.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution across development and production environments.

  Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as an IFS Developer, working on either the partner or customer side.
• Strong technical knowledge of PL/SQL, IFS Aurena, and Crystal Reports / Quick Reports.
• Experience developing in IFS Applications 9, 10, or Cloud.
• Familiarity with interfaces, APIs, and integrations (REST, SOAP, etc.).
• Understanding of core business processes in Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Projects.
• Fluent in Polish and English (spoken and written).

  Nice to Have

• Experience with IFS Data Migration tools and configuration management.
• Exposure to automation, workflows, or event actions within IFS.
• Ability to work in an international, cross-functional team environment.
