IFS Lead (German Speaking)
Location: Germany (Hybrid)
We are partnering with an established organisation in Germany seeking an experienced German-speaking IFS Lead to take ownership of their IFS ERP environment.
This is a senior-level position where you will act as the internal subject matter expert for IFS, driving system optimisation, supporting business-critical projects, and ensuring the ERP landscape aligns with operational and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the IFS ERP system across the business

Act as the primary point of contact for all IFS-related matters

Gather and translate business requirements into system solutions

Oversee upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives

Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations

Support and guide internal users to maximise system performance
Requirements:

Strong hands-on experience with IFS (Apps 10 or IFS Cloud preferred)

Proven experience in a senior IFS role (Lead, Functional Lead, or Senior Consultant level)

Fluent German and strong English communication skills

Experience working within complex or multi-site environments

Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
