IFS HR / HCM Consultant
About the Role
We are currently supporting a UK-based organisation that is undergoing an IFS Cloud implementation and is looking for an experienced IFS HR Consultant to join the project team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the delivery and optimisation of IFS HR functionality within a large-scale transformation programme. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to support configuration, process improvement, testing, and overall implementation activities.Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and optimisation of IFS HR within an ongoing IFS Cloud programme
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into system solutions
- Provide functional expertise across HR-related processes and workflows within IFS
- Support system configuration, testing, and user acceptance testing activities
- Assist with process improvements and best practice recommendations
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party partners throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Support go-live preparation and post-go-live activities where required
Requirements
- Proven experience working as an IFS HR Consultant or in a similar IFS functional role
- Strong hands-on experience with IFS HR modules
- Previous experience supporting or delivering IFS implementations or upgrades
- IFS Cloud experience is highly desirable
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently within a remote project environment
