About the Opportunity

Go Live Recruitment is currently partnering with a prestigious international organisation based in Dubai that is undergoing continued growth and transformation within its enterprise systems landscape. We are seeking an experienced IFS Finance Consultant to support the delivery, optimisation, and enhancement of IFS Finance functionality across the business. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic environment where you will play a key role in shaping financial processes, improving system performance, and supporting strategic ERP initiatives.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will act as a key functional expert within the IFS Finance domain, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership to ensure effective system configuration and delivery. You will be responsible for analysing business requirements, translating them into functional system solutions, and ensuring that IFS Finance modules are fully aligned with operational and financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the configuration of IFS Finance modules in line with business requirements
  • Work closely with finance and operational stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements
  • Support end-to-end ERP implementation, enhancement, and optimisation activities
  • Conduct system testing, including functional and integration testing, ensuring solution quality
  • Provide functional expertise and guidance on best practices within IFS Finance
  • Assist with issue resolution, system troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery

Key Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience as an IFS Finance Consultant
  • Proven background in IFS Applications (Cloud and/or Apps 8, 9, or 10)
  • Experience in ERP implementation, configuration, and support environments
  • Strong understanding of core finance processes and financial reporting structures
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional system solutions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Location & Engagement

  • Location: Dubai, UAE
  • On-site preferred, with remote flexibility currently under consideration
  • Full-time, permanent opportunity
