Senior IFS Manufacturing Consultant
We have partnered with a new IFS customer that is expanding its internal team and is looking to appoint an experienced Senior IFS Manufacturing Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity to join an organisation investing in the continued development of its IFS environment, where you will play a key role in supporting manufacturing operations and driving business process improvements. Working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and end users, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the IFS Manufacturing solution, ensuring it continues to meet the evolving needs of the business. This is a long-term, permanent opportunity within an established internal IFS team.The Role
As the Senior IFS Manufacturing Consultant, you will serve as the functional expert for the Manufacturing module within IFS. You will work with production, planning, engineering, and supply chain teams to understand business requirements, deliver system enhancements, and improve operational efficiency. You will also play an important role in supporting ongoing projects, identifying opportunities for process optimisation, and ensuring users are making the most of the IFS platform.Key Responsibilities
- Act as the functional lead for the IFS Manufacturing module.
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from key stakeholders.
- Configure and optimise Manufacturing functionality within IFS.
- Work closely with production, planning, engineering, and supply chain teams.
- Support system enhancements, upgrades, testing, and implementation activities.
- Recommend and implement best practice business processes within IFS.
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver functional improvements.
- Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing functional support.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and identify root causes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the ERP landscape.
Requirements
- Proven experience working as an IFS Manufacturing Consultant.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and production processes within IFS.
- Experience delivering IFS implementation, optimisation, upgrade, or support projects.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical ERP solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional business teams.
- Fluent in Polish language required
- Candidates must already be based in Poland.
