IFS Service Management Lead
Location: Australia
We are partnering with a well-established organisation in Australia seeking an experienced IFS Service Management professional to take ownership of their IFS Service Management environment.
This is a senior-level role where you will act as the internal subject matter expert for IFS Service Management, driving optimisation across field service operations, improving system utilisation, and ensuring the platform supports operational excellence and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the IFS Service Management module across the organisation
Act as the primary point of contact for all Service Management-related system matters
Collaborate closely with Field Service, Operations, and Finance teams to enhance service delivery processes
Gather and translate business requirements into scalable IFS solutions
Oversee system enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives
Support mobile workforce enablement and optimise scheduling, dispatch, and service workflows
Drive best practice utilisation of IFS Service Management functionality
Requirements:
Strong hands-on experience with IFS Service Management (IFS Cloud preferred)
Proven experience in a senior IFS Service Management role
Strong understanding of field service operations, work orders, scheduling, and service contracts
Experience working in asset-intensive industries such as engineering, utilities, manufacturing, or mining
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Experience working within complex or multi-site environments
