IFS Cloud Solution Architect
About the Opportunity
We have partnered with a leading US-based organisation that is embarking on a major IFS Cloud implementation and is seeking an experienced IFS Solution Architect to join the programme on an initial contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the solution architecture for a large-scale ERP transformation. Working closely with business stakeholders, project leadership, and technical teams, you will ensure the IFS Cloud solution is designed and implemented in line with business objectives and industry best practices. The successful candidate will bring a strong understanding of the IFS Cloud platform, excellent stakeholder management skills, and previous experience delivering complex ERP implementation projects.Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall solution architecture for an IFS Cloud implementation
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into scalable ERP solutions
- Define solution design and ensure alignment with business requirements and industry best practices
- Provide architectural guidance across functional and technical workstreams
- Collaborate with functional consultants, technical teams, project managers, and third-party partners throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Review solution designs, integrations, customisations, and technical approaches to ensure consistency and quality
- Support workshops, solution reviews, and key project decision-making
- Identify project risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies
- Provide leadership and governance throughout the implementation programme
Required Experience
- Proven experience as an IFS Solution Architect on IFS Cloud implementation projects
- Strong knowledge of IFS Cloud architecture and ERP best practices
- Experience leading enterprise ERP implementations from design through deployment
- Excellent understanding of business processes across multiple functional areas
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed project teams
- Ability to balance business requirements with technical capabilities
- Professional-level English communication skills
Contract Details
